Help

Start with the business goal. Joplin organizes what comes next.

Straight answers for business owners who don't want to learn a new marketing vocabulary just to get useful work moving.

Start here

Do I need to understand marketing?

No. Describe what the business needs in plain English. Joplin recommends the order of work and explains why it comes first.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing at first—the first week is free, no credit card, and you see the plan and the work before deciding. Paid plans start at $99/month.

What does Joplin need from me?

A website, one measurable goal, and your approvals. The setup captures your offer, audience, voice, and rules—after that, your main job is saying yes, no, or change this.

How should I choose a goal?

One measurable outcome and a deadline. Then leave it alone for a 30-, 60-, or 90-day cycle while the weekly tactics adjust around it.

Can I change the goal?

Yes—when the business genuinely changes. Otherwise, keep the outcome stable long enough to learn from the work.

Approvals and autonomy

Does Joplin publish automatically?

Only where you've connected an account, turned publishing on, and your rules allow it—and only after any approvals you require. Everywhere else, Joplin creates drafts and handoffs.

What are my approval choices?

Review everything, approve the weekly plan, or let Joplin run within rules you set. What's available also depends on what each connected account supports.

Can I pause Joplin?

Yes. One pause stops the weekly marketing workflow and authorized automation from moving forward until you resume it.

Results

How does Joplin measure progress?

Every number names its source. Joplin's own activity, hosted-page data, connected-account evidence, and the results you report yourself are never mixed together.

Are business outcomes promised?

No. Joplin creates and coordinates the work toward your goal—but outcomes also depend on the offer, the market, and the timing. The plan and the work are promised; the result is earned.

What is Joplin vs. Zero?

Noettic's 90-day public experiment: Joplin runs Noettic's own marketing from zero followers, and everything gets published—the plans, the work, the approvals, the sourced results, and the misses.

Connections and data

Which integrations work today?

Joplin-hosted offer pages are live. Mailchimp and Kit are in guarded pilots. Social and CMS destinations use approved draft handoffs—Joplin preps, you publish. Exact statuses: the Integrations page.

Does “connected” mean Joplin can publish?

No. A connection might only support drafts, syncing, or handoffs. Every provider's exact capability is stated separately—and conservatively.

Where do I read about data controls?

The Security page: owner-scoped data, encrypted tokens, approval history, the pause switch, and what Joplin does and doesn't claim.
