Separate product · $349 one-time · Claude and ChatGPT editions

Five agents. One calmer workday.

The Chief of Staff Kit is a ready-to-run set of five personalized agents—a morning brief, inbox triage, an open-loops tracker, an end-of-day shutdown, and a tuning agent—with editions for Claude and ChatGPT. You install the edition you choose in your own eligible account, and it runs only when you say so.

Most owner days start in the inbox and end there too.

Priorities rebuilt from scratch every morning, promises tracked in your head, the day carried home unfinished. The Kit gives that daily overhead five specific owners.

The five agents

Five clear jobs. One shared brain.

These aren't five generic chat personas—each agent owns one part of the workday, and all five run on the same personalized setup, so your priorities, voice, and judgment stay consistent everywhere.

01

Morning Brief

Start the day knowing what actually needs you.

Reads your inbox and calendar, then sorts the day: needs you now, who's waiting, FYI, can wait, and what's on the schedule.

02

Inbox Triage

Keep routine email from taking over.

Sorts unread mail, flags what only you can answer, and drafts routine replies in your voice—as drafts. It never sends.

03

Open-Loops Tracker

Remember every promise, in both directions.

Keeps the two lists everyone loses: who's waiting on you, and who you're waiting on. Drafts the friendly nudge when something's been open too long.

04

End-of-Day Shutdown

Close the laptop without carrying the day in your head.

What closed, what's open, what's waiting on someone else, and tomorrow's single most important first move.

05

Tune-It

Make every correction stick.

Turns your feedback into a permanent update to the shared setup—a priority, a voice rule, a key person—so all five agents work more like you next time.

How do you write—tone, length—and how do you sign off?

Warm but brief. Use first names and plain language. I sign off “— Sarah.”

What is shown: the first three views reproduce the current Chief of Staff Kit portal interface. Morning Brief and Tune-It are representative Claude outputs because the agents run in the workspace you choose rather than inside the portal. Claude and ChatGPT interfaces and available features may change; your eligible account and connected apps remain separate.

What you get

Five named agents, the self-install package, and setup guidance.

One payment, $349, done—no subscription to Joplin attached. Your purchase includes both the Claude and ChatGPT editions, ready for you to install in your own supported workspace.

What this isn't

This isn't a managed service.

You install it, you run it, and you decide what each agent sees. You connect supported email and calendar tools inside your eligible workspace; Joplin and Noettic do not provide ongoing operation, monitoring, or managed integration setup. There is no connection to your publishing accounts and no autonomous sending or spending. Your eligible Claude or ChatGPT account, connected apps, subscription, and usage charges are separate and your own.

Included with Do it all

The Do it all plan includes the Kit.

On Do it all, the Kit unlocks at no additional cost: immediately with annual payment, or after three paid months on monthly. The inclusion changes how you get the Kit—it doesn't turn it into a managed service.
